Coaching
Like many adults, wonderful, caring, and talented coaches have greatly influenced our lives. From high school and college sports to community softball leagues, Coach Baxter, Coach Core, Pat Summitt, and Coach Butler not only taught and helped me hone the fundamental skills, but many life lessons were also learned. These coaches encouraged me to reach my goals and understand the importance of self-awareness, thus helping me reach my full potential.
What did all these coaches have in common? They had the ability to connect with me and share a meaningful relationship built on trust. Perhaps you had or currently have a coach that helped you become the best you could be. Coaches are not just found in sports any longer, but opportunities to work with a life coach, executive coach, career coach, health coach, fitness coach, or nutrition coach are available today to make lasting changes in different areas of our lives.
